What happens to us as mothers, as women, as the years pass and our children grow, and our lives and bodies change? How do we embody and navigate the shifting spaces of perimenopause/menopause, tend to ourselves as our physical bodies remind us of our changing fertility, and navigate the portal we are passing through as we become older and wiser? In what ways can we honor and acknowledge the grief that we may feel as our children grow and fly off into the world, the mixture of beauty and grace and regrets and pride and longing that we carry as mothers. What is it for us, individually, to step through the hoop toward embodying the Crone, and into our power as we age?

This circle is for all women who are walking in or toward their wisdom years, with older children, pre teen or older. We will honor this place we are in through ceremony, through sharing and reflecting on our experiences of our changing physical bodies, our changing minds/hearts, and through deep listening to one another.

You are welcome to bring your older daughters. It is so important for our daughters to hear, see, witness and listen to the truths of their mothers and other older women in their community. It is important for ALL of our children to hear these truths, regardless of gender, but this circle at this time is specifically for those who identify as female.
